The major part of Surah al Baqarah was revealed during the first two years of the Prophet Muhammad’s(ﷺ) life at Madinah. Prophet Muhammad (ﷺ) said: ‘Everything has a peak and the peak of the Quran is Surah al Baqarah.’ And also the greatest verse of the Quran referred to as Ayat-ul-Kursi(2:255). Al Baqarah contains the longest verse of the Qur’an (2:282)known as ayat e Dain.
